¿JESÚS ENCINAS O ALEJANDRO ORTEGA?

Decían sus allegados que Alejandro de Jesús Encinas Rodríguez, por su apariencia se parece a Santa Clos. Hoy dicen que por su reciente decisión, se asemeja a Juan Pablo II. Y es que luego de que el Tribunal Federal Electoral (TRIFE) declarara que el vencedor de esta pelea (la interna del PRD) era su contrincante, Alejandro exclamó, como aquel Papa cuando se despidió de los mexicas: que se va pero no se va (del Partido).

Jesús Ortega Martínez, en cambio - el malo de la película, diría don AMLO – da brincos de gusto por la resolución del TRIFE, y jura y perjura que, ahora sí, el PRD tiene piloto. Conque no sea como el que se acaba de estrellar, todo irá bien. De igual manera, doña Hortensia Aragón, pasmada está pues sin comprar billete, como que se sacó la lotería. Rauda y veloz, eso dijo, consultó a su madrina, la gober de Zacatecas, y....doña Tencha será la número dos de dicho Partido.

Volviendo a la persona de Alejandro, ustedes no están para saberlo, estimados cuatro o cinco lectores (as), ni yo para contarlo, pero he de decirles que le conocí, hace casi 23 años. Cuando se murió uno de mis maestros mas queridos, el 24 de diciembre de 1985, Demetrio Vallejo Martínez, siendo diputado federal, resulta que su suplente era precisamente, Encinas quien provenía del PSUM, antes PCM. Alejandro se hizo más famoso pues entre la tropa se decía que tenia una carnalita llamada Alicia que además era artista que, por cierto, nunca se me hizo conocer.

Doce años después volví a saber del mismo Encinas, a raíz del fallecimiento de otro de mis grandes maestros en estos menesteres de la política, Heberto Castillo. Resulta que en esas fechas escribí el texto de un desplegado de homenaje a Heberto, (“¡Aquí seguimos!”), mismo que fue publicado el 12 de abril de 1997 en El Universal y en La Jornada, el cual fue firmado por docenas de sus compañeros originales. Luego, dicho texto fue publicado en una edición especial del Instituto de Formación Política del PRD, en donde el Director era Alejandro, solo que lo puso a nombre de los Senadores del PRD, los mismos que a Castillo le habían negado ser su coordinador. Le reclamé a Alejandro, se disculpo, dijo que se corregiría, cosa que nunca ocurrió.

Recién nos volvimos a saludar durante el lanzamiento público del nuevo proyecto “Periodismo desde la Izquierda”. “Te leo”, me dijo.

Pero Encinas Rodríguez es buen compañero, siempre acompañado de su fiel escudero, don Ricardo Ruiz Gutiérrez.

Por otro lado, mi trato con Jesús Ortega, también ha sido cordial. A fines de 1987, siendo este, su humilde servidor, integrante del Secretariado Nacional del Partido Mexicano Socialista (PMS), uno de los antecedentes del PRD, me tocó darle la bienvenida a dicho Partido, a Ortega Martínez quien encabezaba, junto con Graco Ramírez, Patricia Olamendi, Miguel Alonso Raya, Carlos Navarrete, Ignacio Iris Salomón, José Luis Morales, y otros compañeros, una escisión del extinto Partido Socialista de los Trabajadores. Ellos le llamaban PST 3ª. Asamblea. La otra parte se llamó Partido del Frente Cardenista de Reconstrucción Nacional (PFCRN) y estaba encabezada por Rafael Aguilar Talamantes.

Ortega quería seguir siendo “socialista”. Talamantes optó por ser “cardenista”. Incluso decían que el logotipo del PFCRN, lo había dibujado el propio Manuel Bartlet, entonces Secretario de Gobernación, con Miguel de la Madrid y autor del fraude contra Cárdenas y el Frente Democrático Nacional. Ortega y su grupo optaron por irse al PMS y ahí les di la bienvenida a nombre de dicho Partido. Pronto supimos de su capacidad de movilización y de control de su gente. A muchos nos dejó con el ojo cuadrado. Personaje que apoyaban, personaje que acababa siendo candidato ganador. Con ellos, Ramón Sosamontes, por ejemplo, dio el salto hacia arriba.

En fin, Ortega Martínez también es un buen compañero.

Ambos, Encinas y Ortega, son gente de Partido, militantes de muchos años. Ni uno es el bueno ni el otro es el malo. Los dos han cometido errores y han tenido que tragarse sus palabras. Los dos están manchados del lodo lanzado mutuamente en los comicios internos de marzo pasado. Ambos son víctimas y beneficiarios de la pre moderna cultura política que predomina en el PRD, la cual es suma de dos autoritarismos, el del PRI y el de la vieja izquierda. Si bien tienen estilos diferentes, de trabajar juntos al frente del PRD, podrían complementarse.

Considerando que ambos son militantes como cualquiera otro, juntos podrían hacer que el PRD dejara de ser una organización productora de frankesteins o caudillos que nadie controla. Sumando esfuerzos podrían acabar con el nefasto presidencialismo que combaten hacia fuera pero relamen hacia dentro. Tal vez podrían lograr socializar el poder político interno y hasta acabar con la política del “cochinero” recurrente inaugurado desde 1996 en el PRD.

Pero no se pudo. Erróneamente Encinas no aceptó ser Secretario General del PRD como legalmente le correspondía. Llama a crear un Movimiento por la Renovación del PRD, que creará confusión entre sus posibles seguidores con otros dos Movimientos, el de AMLO y el de Bejarano, y a ocupar espacios de poder del Partido que el mismo ahora rechaza. Anatemiza al TRIFE, olvidando que tal órgano es producto de viejas exigencias de la izquierda de antaño. Por su parte, equivocadamente Ortega solamente se resigna a que así sea.

Yo sigo pensando a contracorriente que ambos hubieran sido como el dúo dinámico del PRD. Algo así como Jesús Encinas y Alejandro Ortega. No será así, ni modo. Punto.

JESUS ENCINAS OR ALEJANDRO ORTEGA?

But Encinas Rodriguez is good companion, always accompanied by his faithful squire, Mr. Ricardo Ruiz Gutiérrez.

On the other hand, my deal with Jesus Ortega, also he has been cordial. Both, Encinas and Ortega, they are people of Party, militants of many years. Neither one is the good one neither the other is the evil. The two they have committed errors and they have had that to be swallowed their words. The two they are stained of the mud launched mutually in the internal assemblies of March passed. Both they are victims and beneficiaries of the pre modern political culture that dominates in the PRD, which is sum of two authoritarianisms, that of the PRI and that of the left old woman. Though they have different styles, to work together at the front of the PRD, they would be able to be complemented.

Considering that both are militants like any another, together they would be able to do that the PRD to stopped being an organization production company of frankesteins or leaders that nobody controls. Adding efforts would be able to put an end to the harmful presidential rule that fight toward was but they lick toward inside. Perhaps they would be able to manage to socialize the internal political power and even to put an end to the politics of the "cochinero" recurrent inaugurated since 1996 in the PRD.

But itself did not be able. Erroneously Oaks did not accept to be a Secretary general of the PRD as legally corresponded him. He calls to create a Movement by the Renewal of the PRD, that will create confusion among his possible followers with other two Movements, that of AMLO and that of Bejarano, and to occupy spaces to be able of the Party that the same one now rejects. Anatemiza to the TRIFE, forgetting that such organ is product of old demands of the left of long ago. In turn, wrong Ortega only is resigned to that thus be.

I continue thinking to crosscurrent that both had been like the dynamic duet of the PRD. Something as well as Jesus Encinas and Alejandro Ortega. Will not be thus, neither way. Point.
