MEDIO SIGLO DE ATRASO

LA HABANA, CUBA.-
A casi medio siglo del triunfo de la
Revolución Cubana, esta debe reinventarse para no quedar atrás o ser
rebasada por los acontecimientos que a nivel global se viven y que se
quieren desconocer por parte la burocracia política que tiene sumida a
la isla en la pobreza a la mayoría de sus habitantes, no a los que
forman parte del grupo gobernante que no conocen las necesidades de la
población porque ellos no están sujetos a la ley de la libreta.
Ya estudios de la política, economía hecha por
especialistas que por ser extranjeros no pueden calificarse ni de
"gusanos" ni de enemigos de la revolución, han sido contundentes en sus
conclusiones que el modelo seguido en la isla está llamado a desaparecer
por antidemocrático y autoritario.
Nadie nos vendrá a contar que no es cierta la gran
desilusión de los jóvenes revolucionarios que son los que principalmente
se van a otros países al darse cuenta del gran engaño que ha sido la
Revolución Cubana, cuyos ideales que la sustentaron no se han cumplido
ante el centralismo y la corrupción imperante en el partido en el
gobierno.
Desde dentro, sociólogos como Aurelio Alonso ven las
cosas así: "Creo que debemos partir de reconocer que hemos armado un
proyecto demasiado estatizado, muy
burocratizado con un nivel muy limitado de participación
popular en los sistemas de decisiones de todo orden. Esto puede definir
a grandes rasgos el problema, pero que
tiene muchas expresiones puntuales e
institucionales. Por ejemplo existe un sistema de poder popular donde la
Asamblea Nacional -que electoralmente es muy
democrática, pero los elegidos tiene un
poder muy limitado para tomar cualquier decisión- se reúne solo dos
veces al año y vota cosas que ya han sido
tramitadas. Esas votaciones unánimes te
dan la medida de lo insustancial de su gestión".
Los jóvenes lo han cuestionado, dónde están los
programas del gobierno para el desarrollo de la sociedad, en qué
encajamos y dónde va a ser nuestra participación. Los recursos en qué se
invierten y otras preguntas que no tienen respuestas, porque la
burocracia se reparte elogiando a los líderes, las plusvalía de las
ganancias que obtienen de la que ni Fidel ni Raúl informan nunca.
En Cuba nunca pasa nada, es la expresión entre los
habitantes de la isla porque todos se quejan de lo que nos pasa, pero
cuando se presentan los chibatos del régimen o la policía, todos callan
para que no nos vaya a ir peor.
Es que ahora con los ciclones que terminaron con lo poco
que teníamos, tenemos que conformarnos con las galletas de soda que ante
la falta de alimentos, el gobierno entrega a la población, porque nos
preguntamos si los países enviaron ayuda a la
isla, esta dónde quedó o dónde la están vendiendo, porque a los cubanos
nunca nos llegó.
Incluso ahora que recientemente presidentes de otros
países han estado en Cuba, como el de China y Rusia, nos enteramos que
el gobierno chino envió 11 locomotoras nuevas y 2 mil 500 transporte de
remolque y de pasajeros como el Yutong, no sabemos a dónde los enviaron
o a quienes sirven, si para trasladar a los poderosos del partido o a
los turistas que nos visitan.
Y es que la isla tiene desde hace décadas destrozadas
sus carreteras, ya que las únicas que se cuidan son las que van a los
centros turísticos, de manera que los extranjeros ni se enteren de las
necesidades que tenemos de transporte, vivienda, empleo, y salud, porque
aún cuando esta es gratuita, los hospitales y policlínicos están en las
ruinas, claro si se va más allá de La Habana, donde la falta de
medicamentos y de instalaciones es más que evidente.
El sociólogo citado cree que "el papel del partido
debería ser transformado: el partido no puede dirigir al Estado, es el
pueblo el que debe dirigir al Estado. Martí usaba unas palabras que
siempre me han impresionado, él hablaba de un partido para formar la
república no para dirigir la república, para Martí el partido debe tener
un papel más ético, más de vanguardia".
No se trata de retroceder, pero lo que pasa ahora es que
con los privilegiados del partido que toman champán y comen caviar
mientras nosotros no podemos ni comernos una vaca u algún otro animal
doméstico que tengamos en casa porque son propiedad del Estado y si lo
hacemos nos procesan como cualquier delincuente, obstaculizan el
desarrollo del país y de la sociedad, donde el talento cubano en la
ciencia, cultura, economía, comercio y demás, no encuentran espacio para
crecer.
En Cuba está prohibido pensar de manera revolucionaria
si no es uno de los líderes de la Revolución que está por cumplir 50
años de realizada, pero igual cantidad de años de atraso como los carros
americanos que todavía recorren las calles de las principales ciudades o
de los carros rusos destartalados con mil arreglos que tampoco podemos
vender porque aunque los usemos no son en realidad de los cubanos.
Las motos chinas que podemos comprar ahora no suben
ninguna cuesta, porque las mejores y de mayor cilindraje solo la pueden
utilizar los incondicionales del partido y de su burocracia que asfixia
a la isla.
La Unión Europea está por mandar recursos millonarios a
la isla, como España los anunció, pero no sabemos si servirán para
reconstruir las poblaciones desvastadas no sólo por los recientes
ciclones sino por los devastadores saqueos que de los recursos hace la
clase gobernante que nunca ha rendido cuentas a la población de la que a
nombre de ella, tanto habla en el extranjero.
Para sacarle dinero a los demás países se pinta solo el
canciller Felipe Pérez Roque, pero para que estos recursos lleguen en
forma de bienes a la población no se ha distinguido nunca, porque ellos
no están en las carreteras esperando ver cómo se transportan a otro
lugar, ni están en las fábricas ni cañaverales produciendo, ellos se
gastan la riqueza que los cubanos con nuestro sudor creamos en toda la
isla.
No nos dejan trabajar, no nos dejan salir, no nos dan
empleos ni bienestar, sólo nos hacen trabajar como esclavos para que
ellos tengan las comodidades que a todos nos niegan, de cuál igualdad
hablan, cuando ellos salen al extranjero con todo pagado y nosotros para
comprar un cepillo de diente necesitamos dos días de jornada para poder
hacerlo.
Esa es la Cuba real de la que nunca hablan, porque
prefieren compararnos con otros países más pobres y decirnos que estamos
mejor que ellos, por lo tanto no debemos quejarnos nunca, porque si lo
hacemos la cárcel está lista para los que si trabajamos y producimos
riquezas que nunca podemos disfrutar.
¿Esto querían los revolucionarios en la década de los
50? Porque Fidel decía otra cosa y si no, basta con revisar sus
proclamas que muchas no ha cumplido.
