LA CULTURA DEL ENGAÑO EN CUBA

LA HABANA, CUBA.-
Bien dice un dicho que con tanto repetir una mentira, esta se vuelve o
se considera una verdad, aún cuando no lo sea ya en la realidad. Es el
caso del llamado bloqueo que existe y que pese a ello, Cuba a podido
afrontar en medio siglo de Revolución, pero lo que los cubanos no
podemos seguir sorteando es esa red de corrupción revolucionaria que
existe en la isla y que mantiene a la mayoría de la población en la
pobreza socialista que contrasta con los privilegios de una burocracia
política que goza de todo ante la indigencia de la gente.
Hace 50 años los barbones llegaron a La Habana
considerando su entrada en la capital como el triunfo de la Revolución
que buscaba mejorar la situación en que vivían los cubanos de esa época
con una prensa que solo hablaba del gobierno, como lo denunciaba Fidel
Castro, aunque ahora no lo haga porque la prensa sigue hablando solo del
gobierno que el formó y no de las necesidades del pueblo, que nadie ve
porque se encuentran alejados de él.
Desde entonces se fueron formando dos Cuba. La de los
revolucionarios y familias que han vivido de la Revolución durante 50
años, del discurso antiimperialista que nadie conmueve ya, pero sobre
todo viven de las necesidades de los cubanos que no entienden como se
utiliza papel para diarios oficiales del gobierno, cuando para limpiarse
el culo no se encuentra papel por ningún rincón de la isla.
La Cuba de los revolucionarios solo habla, como
recientemente ocurrió en una reunión de Derechos Humanos, de las
iniquidades de otras naciones en este sentido, algunas históricas otras
recientes, pero en ningún momento abordaron las violaciones a los
derechos humanos contra los cubanos que piensan distintos, que durante y
después de los huracanes que azotaron la isla, pidieron contar con los
servicios básicos en sus localidades y que al movilizarse fueron
apaleados y sentenciados de manera sumaria, como criminales, por la
justicia revolucionaria.
Para nadie que viva en la isla y que tenga contacto con
la realidad que vivimos los cubanos, desconoce la red de corrupción
existente en los niveles de gobierno para lograr algún favor o para
pagarlo cuando un mando superior conoce de las corruptelas que su
subalterno está cometiendo, pero como sucede en todas partes del mundo,
dándole participación de las ganancias, éste se hace que no ve.
Con un obsequio o una dádiva, se logra cualquier cosa en
la administración revolucionaria, porque eso es lo que la Revolución a
fomentado como parte de la cultura del engaño para mantener la fidelidad
de sus cuadros dirigentes en el partido, en la Asamblea Nacional del
Poder Popular, en los CDR, gobiernos provinciales y toda la estructura
del gobierno que bebe champaña cada fin de año, cuando los cubanos
apenas alcanzan garrafas de ron que el gobierno pone a su disposición
para mantenerlos borrachos de por vida.
Esta elite de corrupción, vive alejada de las
necesidades de los cubanos. Ellos nunca van con su libreta a las bodegas
vacías de mercancías que visitamos los de a pie, los que no tenemos
carro del gobierno para nuestro servicio, ir a la playa o llevar a la
familia a otros lados, o los que pueden salir del país sin ningún
permiso ni necesidad de carta invitación, como debemos hacerlo la gran
masa de presos que estamos en la isla.
La escasez de alimentos que padecemos, les tiene sin
cuidados a los revolucionarios que fomentando el culto a la personalidad
de los comandantes de la Revolución, tienen sus necesidades satisfechas.
Porque en Cuba se les trata como dioses, pese a que proclaman que no
debe adorarse a santo alguno y menos si se trata de íconos de las
Iglesias que hay en el mundo. Estos dioses sólo ven la paja en el ojo
ajeno, pero no la viga en el propio.
Por eso es que con su discurso antiimperialista se ganan
adeptos en otras naciones, haciéndonos pasar por víctimas del Imperio y
no de nuestros propios dirigentes que no entienden que lo que ayer fue
revolucionario, ahora no necesariamente lo es, ya que la burocracia del
Partido Comunista se aferra a sus privilegios, con acciones
conservadoras que ponen en peligro la estabilidad social de la isla y
frenan la verdadera acción revolucionara de miles de jóvenes, que son
los que principalmente salen de Cuba, que cuestionan la credibilidad de
la Revolución y sus instituciones que servilmente manejan.
Han cuestionado al poder de los barbudos, preguntando
sin respuesta ¿dónde están los programas que se están realizando a favor
de los cubanos en la isla, su costo, quiénes y cuándo se hacen? Más
fuerte que bajito han dicho también si las instituciones están para
servir a quienes las manejan o a los cubanos. Han cuestionado los
infumables debates y discursos de los diputados en la Asamblea Popular
que pasan días componiendo al mundo, pero ignorando la falta de
servicios, alimentos, viviendas, empleo y demás que no tenemos los
cubanos.
Así lo ejemplificó uno de ellos: "siéntate le dije a mi
papá porque ahora han mencionado el problema del transporte que no
tenemos en Las Tunas, parece que ahora van a decir como se va a
solucionar. Pero después de una semana de ver la televisión, nada
dijeron de eso nuestros diputados, sólo hablaron de las cosas que pasan
en el mundo y nos comparan con otros países donde las cosas están
peores, pero nunca vemos como es que otras naciones tienen mejores
condiciones de transporte, vivienda y alimentos que nosotros".
Y es que los autobuses que llegaron de China, sirven
para el turismo que deja riquezas para la burocracia revolucionaria que
viaja por el mundo, pero no para el transporte de los cubanos cuyas
carreteras siguen igual o peor que hace 50 años en la época de Batista.
Los que elogian al sistema, afirman que ahora los
cubanos después de 50 años de Revolución podemos decidir nuestro destino
y tomar parte en las decisiones de gobierno, los que hablan así o viven
del sistema de corrupción que Fidel, Raúl, Ricardo y demás han hecho
florecer en la isla o son extranjeros que no conocen la situación real
que vivimos los cubanos.
Porque los que deciden aquí son los dirigentes de los
CDR, del partido, del gobierno y demás fieles que gozan de privilegios
desde varias décadas. Ellos son los que deciden que se hace en cada
lugar de la isla, los vivimos en ella sólo tenemos que obedecer lo que
hagan porque sino estamos expuestos a ser considerados como criminales
por expresar alguna decisión en contra o proponer otra solución que no
se la de ellos.
Los trabajadores en Cuba estamos sujetos a control
sindical, como pasó en México con las organizaciones de trabajadores que
surgieron después de su Revolución y que los revolucionarios copiaron
para tener un control corporativo de todos los que trabajan. Aquí,
cuando se pregunta de los derechos de los trabajadores, casualmente en
un gobierno revolucionario que se dice de los trabajadores, no reconoce
a la huelga como la principal arma de los obreros, derecho por el que
han muerto miles en el mundo, porque al tratar de hacer valer tu derecho
ante una empresa estatal, te descalifican como contrarrevolucionario y
el discurso antiimperialista te califica de vendido al Imperio.
Para la Cuba que no goza de los privilegios del poder y
que conformamos la mayoría de los cubanos, sólo existen deberes,
preguntar por nuestros derechos nos puede llevar a la cárcel porque la
otra Cuba, la de los funcionarios corruptos del partido y del gobierno,
son los que gozan de derechos únicamente.
Vaya por cualquier reparto, de cualquier parte de Cuba y
se dará cuenta que las bodegas sin mercancía, que no pueden vender nada
ni entregar más que lástima para nuestras necesidades, los que están ahí
y cobran del gobierno, abren, no hacen nada, porque no tienen nada para
hacer, al igual que las panaderías que venden panes que a las 6 horas
son verdaderas piedras, por el material con que los hacen y así, podemos
ir subiendo en la escala de empresas estatales, donde muchos cobran y
poco hacen por los cubanos, que no sea elogiar a los dirigentes y
comandantes que este año nuevo celebrarán el haber entrado a La Habana
para resolver sus problemas, pero no los de Cuba.
Porque seguimos con una prensa vendida al gobierno,
ahora revolucionario, que no informa de lo que pasa en nuestro campo, en
nuestras ciudades, que no habla de la realidad cubana sino de lo que el
gobierno le dice diga a todos. Una isla de la fantasía que dentro de los
comparativos que les gusta hacer a los que viven del gobierno, nunca han
comparado los servicios de Cuba con los de otros países del tercer
mundo, que aunque atrasados, tienen comercios, tienen carreteras, tienen
transporte, tienen servicios de agua y drenaje, tienen viviendas y
tienen dignidad sobre todo para demandarle al que gobierna que cumpla
con su obligación.
A nosotros nos hacen creer que lo que tenemos es un
logro de la Revolución, cuando esa era precisamente su obligación, la
gente no hace una lucha armada y muere para vivir como antes o peor,
sino para mejorar.
Cuando la Unión Soviética iba a desaparecer, Gorbachov
visitó Cuba para decirle a Fidel Castro que el socialismo nunca había
existido en los países de Europa y Asia que estaban bajo el control
soviético y que tendría que dejar el poder como ya él mismo lo iba a
hacer. Pero a Castro no le pareció gracioso que después de gobernar a su
antojo la isla, tendría que dejar sus privilegios y contentarse con
competir políticamente como lo hacen ahora los rusos, polacos, alemanes
y demás, así como Nicaragua y otros países.
Miles murieron de hambre durante el periodo especial en
Cuba y ahora se cierne otra hambruna en la isla donde la Revolución que
terminó con el latifundismo, convirtió a Fidel en el único latifundista
de la isla, donde la tierra está ociosa en manos del gobierno cuando la
producción de alimentos se hace necesaria, después de que desapareció el
Mercado Libre Campesino para llamarlo solo como Mercado Agropecuario,
porque el término "Libre" le causa todavía escozor al mayor de los
barbones. La falta de alimentos ha causado sobre todo en el oriente una
epidemia de enfermedades gástricas.
Libertad es a 50 años de la Revolución, la mayor pérdida
que hemos tenido los cubanos, libertad para trabajar, libertad para
ejercer el comercio, libertad para desplazarnos por la isla, ya que en
cada esquina un espía del gobierno nos vigila o nos pide el carnet,
libertad para viajar a donde queramos, libertad para expresarnos,
libertad para gobernarnos como queramos, libertad para vivir, libertad
para crecer y crear, libertad para creer.
La historia nos absolverá a los que pensamos que hay que
revolucionar a la revolución, terminando con la corrupción y los abusos
de los barbones que dijeron hace 50 años que luchaban en contra del
autoritarismo y la dictadura.
Es tiempo que los cubanos hablemos y que en Cuba se
hable de Cuba, no de los problemas del Imperio y de otros países.
